Lets BBQ the Skirt Steak and Portabellas 
Now lets dice up the Steak and mushrooms and stuff them in some sterilized egg shells 
Lets go get the Beef broth off the grill and mix in some Gelatin and fill the eggs 
Lets plate the crackers with some brie cheese 
And finally we have "BBQ'D Beef Skirt and Portabella Aspic"
